Yoga for connecting; physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Pause, rebalance and create space through simple exploration of sensation and breath in a non-competitive 1-to-1 session.

We can work with gentle movements, relaxation poses, breathwork and meditation, or we can create dynamic movement and strengthening if you require a more invigorating practice.

 

We do not restrict ourselves to a specific style; taking a flexible approach with an open mind
